The Human Resources policy

It is our strong belief that the most valuable asset of Transportir is our personnel. Therefore, we pay special attention to our staff's training. We also support the active process of developing both their professional skills and personal values with the help of a specially designed quality management system and the system of regular certification of competence. Our quality management system is based on two things: the descriptions of processes our company goes through, which were put into a particular order, and the practical instructions. This system has been proven quite efficient as it is constantly updated in order to reflect the real work more accurately. Another important training tool is the mentor support.

All the above-mentioned measures help us achieve such important HR policy goals as the decrease of staff turnover, the increase in labour productivity, the growth of both professional skills and motivation, all that eventually resulting in career advancement.

Having analyzed the experience of our company in the quality policy, we have come up with the following basic principles and apply them to our everyday work.

  1. Competitiveness at labor market.

Transportir constantly improves its competitiveness at labor market both inside and outside the company.

  2. Freedom within responsibility frames.

Every employee has his/her own clearly stated area of responsibility within the technological map of the company. Being given that area of resposibility, the employee is not limited in any way in methods of work flow maintenance.

  3. Training and learning.

Every employee is responsible for his/her own professional development. Moreover, we strongly encourage each staff member to make an individual plan, which has to be worked out together with his/her manager, to stimulate the professional skills raise.
