We also support the active process of developing both their professional skills and personal values with the help of a specially designed quality management system and the system of regular certification of competence. Our quality management system is based on two things: the descriptions of processes our company goes through, which were put into a particular order, and the practical instructions. This system has been proven quite efficient as it is constantly updated in order to reflect the real work more accurately. Another important training tool is the mentor support.
