Kazakhstan will become an important transportation hub between Europe and ChinaJune 15 in Warsaw held a trade and investment forum "Poland-Kazakhstan", organized by the Embassies of Kazakhstan and Poland. The events addressed issues of economy, industry and development of Kazakhstan and in the international arena.

Among other things, participants discussed issues of global supply chain disruption, food security. Experts believe that the Silk Road is recovering, but looks different in today's trade and geopolitical conditions. Due to the events in Ukraine, rail transit to Europe via Russia and Belarus has begun to fade. Kazakhstan's new role is a hub that will connect China and Europe.

The Trans-Caspian International Transport Route plays an important role in trade between Europe and China. This consortium includes Kazakhstan, China, Poland and Romania. Kazakhstan is constantly working to increase the capacity of this logistics corridor - expanding ports and developing transportation infrastructure.

According to statistics, in 2022 the trade volume between Poland and Kazakhstan amounted to more than 125 billion euros. More than 100 large companies from Poland are successfully operating in Kazakhstan.
